This policy covers this brand website, part of the Roastillery coffee family, and inquiries submitted here. The Roastillery team handles those inquiries. When you follow a shopping link to Roastillery, the store’s own privacy, checkout, and order policies apply.
Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and permission to reply. An order number is optional. Anything you include in the message is also shared with the team, so please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry details to answer questions, help with an order, and discuss retail, event, or collaboration opportunities you raise. A contact-form submission is not a newsletter signup. Messages for the different brands are routed to a shared Roastillery inbox so the team can respond.
Form delivery and spam protection
FormSubmit processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Its documentation states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Google reCAPTCHA screens submissions for spam and may use cookies and technical information to perform that check. Please review FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy for their handling of information. CAPTCHA processing is also subject to Google’s terms.
Website delivery, fonts, and technical data
Hosting, security, and font services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the site. These pages use ChatGPT Sites hosting and externally served Google Fonts. Platform sign-in or access controls, where enabled, are handled by the hosting platform. Shopping and external websites
Purchases are completed through Roastillery rather than through these contact forms. Payment, shipping, returns, customer accounts, and order-related information are handled through the store and its service providers under the policies displayed there. Other linked websites have their own practices; a link does not transfer this policy to them.
Access, retention, and your choices
Inquiries are shared with the Roastillery team and service providers involved in delivery, security, and responding. Business correspondence may be kept while it is needed for the inquiry, related business records, or legal obligations. The email copy and the form provider’s archive have separate retention periods. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided through the contact page. What we can provide or remove depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements. Browser controls can limit cookies; doing so may affect security checks or site features.
Children’s information
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact the Roastillery team so it can be reviewed.
